The study finds that record-shattering extreme events (heatwaves) are likely to occur more frequently in the up-coming decades. As the temperature around the globe increases, extreme heat events are more consistent, intense, and long-lasting; not in a positive way… Every year, many people have noticed and believe that summer gets hotter. This has caused an uptick in the record-breaking temperature logged in from the past decade and century.

· It is estimated that 7,000 people could die from heat every year by 2050 – in Europe alone.

· Predications have been made by experts that 37% of the worlds problem will be due to heatwaves in the future, although not now – more likely to be if there is no change.

· Many people from around the world are likely do have underlying health conditions such as: Kidney and Heart Disease.

Change starts from us, and we must raise awareness on this – help protecting our future and for future generations:

· Restoring our Trees: Trees provide was with much-needed shade for every city/town – the water evaporating from their leaves can cool a neighborhood by a few degrees during the hottest periods. They also protect us from harmful UV radiation when we’re all outside enjoying the sun.

· A Cooling Centre: It’s important that we take every human-health into consideration – The access to air conditioning could be a matter of live or death. This is important at the look at the economic status and help those who lack this privilege in their homes.

· Energy-Efficient: It is important that we start utilizing solar power energy for lighting. if a blackout was to occur, we are aware that there is a backup plan for us and we will still be able to use light and our phones in case of an emergency.
