The Future of Renewable Energy

Renewable energy

Renewable energy, often known as clean or sustainable energy, comes from natural resources – such as the sun, wind, water and countless more. These resources are soon going to power up everything in this world and making it a new technology – it is still under development but has been progressing into a positive change. This has become an innovation where people can save their money and our planet becomes more healthier – a promise of a cleaner future.

The new energies are re-placing the fossil fuels – helping to reduce of pollution in the air and any carbon transmission. This will help harness the power of nature into our daily lives – here are a few changes that have already been made and are still in progress:

· Many governments aim to have at least 50% or more of renewable energy by 2024.

· Renewable energy resources make up 26% of the world electricity – soon to expand to 30% in the next 6 to 9 months.

· Solar Power will become affordable by 35% before 2024 – with the many companies not wanting it due it being expensive, in which the prices of them are becoming more affordable. So not only can companies use it but also people can use it in their homes.

· Wind Energy is set to increase with a capacity of 57% by 2024.

· Although the Hydroelectric Power (powered by the river/large water areas) is still new and is still being introduced – it is predicted that this source of natural energy will rise by a capacity of 9% in 2024.

Altogether, we can see that Renewable energy will continue to rise in the next 5 to 10 years, pushing the fossil fuels and reducing greenhouse gas emissions for a better and cleaner future for the next generation!
